Orders are processed safely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and payment methods

• How is shipping handled?

We ship WORLDWIDE but we are NOT responsible for customs/duties charges. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience delays in shipments but we are committed to getting your items out ASAP.

For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. 
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.

• How Long Will it take for my order to arrive?

Item shipments are sent through Canada Post with tracking. Original art is shipped Fedex Priority Mail. Orders are processed daily and may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for delivery depending on your local postal service. International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.

• Lost Packages

If your local postal service is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier. Due to the nature of artworks and handling all fulfilment orders myself I am not responsible for the packages lost due to local shipping. A lost item for you means it will be my loss as well, but items may be able to be replaced on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays for another shipping charge.

• Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on 
a case-by-case basis. If you have received damaged prints, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at: aluko_k@hotmail.com.
