  Selected pieces and design packages are available for purchase. Specific details can be discussed upon request.

• What is the typical turnaround time for design projects?
  Project timelines vary depending on complexity, but an estimated timeframe is usually provided after initial consultation.

• How do you ensure the designs align with a client's brand vision?
  Through detailed discussions and a collaborative process, the designs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Samples, and project check ins are usually done at various stages of the design such of rough; concepts - line art - color - cleanup - final.

• Are revisions included in the design process?
  Yes, the process typically includes a set number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

• What file formats are provided upon project completion?
  Deliverables generally include high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF, depending on the project.

• Do you offer branding packages or just standalone designs?
  Both options are available to suit your specific needs. Packages can include a variety of branding elements such as logos, commissioned artwork, flyers, apparel and other essential components that contribute to a cohesive and professional brand identity.

  FAQ: Shipping & Policies

• How is shipping handled?
  We ship WORLDWIDE but are NOT responsible for customs or duties charges. We are committed to dispatching your items ASAP. For inquiries about customs and duties, please contact your local customs office. Before placing your order, please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped with Tracking #’s which will be sent to the email attached to your account.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  Items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking, while original artworks are sent through FedEx Priority Mail. Orders are processed daily and delivery times vary based on your local postal service, ranging from a few days up to a couple weeks. International deliveries may take 1-3 weeks. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be emailed to the address provided during purchase.

• Lost Packages
  If your local postal service is known for losing items, please contact us to arrange an alternative courier. Because all fulfillment is handled personally, we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit by local carriers. Although a lost item affects both buyer and seller, replacement may be possible on a case-by-case basis, with the buyer covering additional shipping fees.

• Returns & Damages
  Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled case-by-case. If you receive damaged prints, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at: aluko_k@hotmail.com.
